OUR STORY

A family trailer, built for the coast.

Sips & Nibbles Express started with a simple idea: hot food, made properly, wherever people are already having a good day. You’ll find our trailer parked along Otto du Plessis Drive on an ordinary afternoon, or set up at a private party, a school gala, a corporate breakfast, or a Saturday market anywhere around Bloubergstrand and the wider West Coast.

Everything is cooked to order — burgers stacked high, boerewors rolls straight off the flame, and our slow-brew can coffee made the traditional way. Nothing sits under a heat lamp waiting for you; you wait for it, and that’s exactly how we like it.

Everything’s cooked to order — burgers, boerewors rolls, breakfast buns, chicken nuggets and chips on a stick, plus home-baked date balls, rusks and banana bread. And don’t skip the coffee: our slow-brew can coffee is brewed the traditional way, exactly as it’s always been.
